Tech Talent was founded in 2020 by Datin Malliga Subramaniam with a clear purpose: to build a recruitment firm that treats both clients and candidates with the professionalism and transparency they deserve. Starting with IT permanent and contract staffing, we have grown into a full-service talent solutions provider offering payroll, RPO, BPO, EOR, and executive search.

Founder & Managing Partner
Datin Malliga Subramaniam
Datin Malliga brings over two decades of human capital and HR leadership experience to Tech Talent. Prior to founding the firm in 2020, she held executive roles at multinational organisations including CIMA, developing deep expertise in talent acquisition, organisational development, and workforce strategy across Malaysia and the region.
Beyond recruitment, she is the Founder of DIWA Capital Berhad, a business accelerator for women founders in Malaysia, and serves as Country Chair and Senator representing Malaysia at the World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF) — an affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion. Her work has taken her to international stages including IBEX Bahrain, Women Economic Forum ASEAN, and Ascend Karnataka.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Ballarat, Australia, and a Business Administration degree from Hawaii Pacific University. She is a Certified Performance Coach and Master NLP Practitioner.
